Your mood and diet are connected. What you eat affect how you feel - not just physically but also emotionally. A swiss study linked the consumption of sweet beverages, refined foods, and processed meats with an increased risk of depression, so eat more whole wheat foods, reduced artificial sweets. EAT fresh fruits and vegetables to improve your mood.
