It is made up of the church clerk and three assistants. They are involved in tracking church membership and keeping the record of members. The secretaries help pastor follow up on visitors to make them realize how much we appreciate them. The weekly bulletin is done is produced here at the secretariat and all announcements (during Church and outside church) go through the secretariat. This office uses regular mail, electronics, telephony and verbal means to communicate with church members and visitors. One important duty of this office is remind pastor and the eldership to convene monthly church board and bimonthly church-at-business meetings, and the take official minutes at these meetings for later distribution and analysis.
