This department help publicize the Church in a Spirit-directed way in the community, with a medium that is community friendly and still acceptable to Heaven. It is also involved in internal communication within the Church as they keep up with a constant update of Church website and also the electronic or paper publication of a Church newsletter. This department doubles as the technology development unit of the church, to help the church use appropriate technology to reach the modern congregation and community. They work closely with the secretariat (the Clerks of the Church).
